Manage Your Subscription

Subscribe & Save is how most NuvelleLab customers buy: a fresh pouch every 30 days at 25% off, and you stay in charge of every single delivery.

NuvelleLab Berberine Gummies pouch

The 30-Day Auto-Refill Program

One pouch is 60 gummies: two a day before your largest meal, exactly 30 days. Your refill lands right as the pouch runs out, so the habit never has a gap to fall into.

$29.99/mo

$29.99 · Subscribe & Save 25%

No surprises is the whole design: every refill email arrives 5 days before we charge, with one-click links to skip, push the date, or cancel. Free shipping on every subscription delivery, and the 60-day money-back guarantee applies to each delivery separately.

How Every 30-Day Cycle Actually Runs

Day 25: the heads-up email. Five days before any charge, you get an email saying exactly what will bill, when, and for how much, with one-click skip and reschedule links inside.

Day 30: the refill ships. If you did nothing, your pouch bills at your locked subscription price and ships free from our US warehouse. Tracking lands in your inbox the same day the carrier scans it.

Any day: you steer. Pause, skip, change your delivery date, or cancel from this page in under a minute. Changes made before the Day 30 charge apply to that cycle immediately.

Everything You Can Do In One Click

❚❚

Pause

Traveling or stocked up? Pause the whole plan. Nothing ships and nothing bills until you resume, and your 25% subscriber price stays locked while you are away.

Skip a delivery

Push a single refill to the next cycle. One click, done, and the following delivery stays on schedule. You can also just change the date if 30 days is not your rhythm.

Cancel

Stop entirely, anytime, from this page or the cancellation page. Processed within 24 hours, no phone call, no retention script.

The Cancel Policy, In Plain English

Cancel anytime, for any reason, effective within 24 hours. No cancellation fee, no minimum number of cycles, no phone call, no chat gauntlet. If a refill has already been charged but not shipped, we refund it. Pouches already delivered stay covered by the 60-day money-back guarantee, each on its own clock.

That is the entire policy.

Subscription Questions

When exactly do I get billed?
Every 30 days from your first order date, always announced by the heads-up email 5 days earlier. Want a different billing day? Change your delivery date once and every future cycle follows the new date.
Can I change my quantity or flavor?
Quantity, yes: switch between one, two or three pouches per cycle anytime, and multi-pouch deliveries keep their bundle pricing on top of subscriber savings. Flavors: watermelon is the only NuvelleLab flavor today, and new flavors will appear in your plan settings the moment they launch.
Does the 60-day guarantee apply to subscription orders?
Yes, per delivery. Every pouch that ships, first order or ninth refill, carries its own 60-day money-back guarantee. If any delivery does not live up to it, email us and that delivery is refunded in full. No pouch return required.
What happens to my price if the sale ends?
Your subscription price is locked at what you signed up for: $29.99 per pouch per month. Sales ending, prices rising, none of it touches an active subscription.
Is subscribing really better than buying the bundles?
They solve different things. Bundles win on upfront savings and free gifts; Subscribe & Save wins on never running out and the lowest steady monthly price. Plenty of customers start with the Buy 2 bundle to run the full 60-day test, then move to the subscription once the habit sticks.
How do I restart after canceling?
Just subscribe again from the product page. There is no penalty and no waiting period, though a locked legacy price cannot always be restored once a plan is fully canceled, which is one reason Pause exists.
