When exactly do I get billed?

Every 30 days from your first order date, always announced by the heads-up email 5 days earlier. Want a different billing day? Change your delivery date once and every future cycle follows the new date.

Can I change my quantity or flavor?

Quantity, yes: switch between one, two or three pouches per cycle anytime, and multi-pouch deliveries keep their bundle pricing on top of subscriber savings. Flavors: watermelon is the only NuvelleLab flavor today, and new flavors will appear in your plan settings the moment they launch.

Does the 60-day guarantee apply to subscription orders?

Yes, per delivery. Every pouch that ships, first order or ninth refill, carries its own 60-day money-back guarantee. If any delivery does not live up to it, email us and that delivery is refunded in full. No pouch return required.

What happens to my price if the sale ends?
